Your profile
Your profile holds your name, phone and photo, and what the assistant remembers about how you work. Your work email is managed by your organisation.
Opening your profile
Section titled “Opening your profile”Open your profile from the menu under your name: Profile. The page is headed Profile.
Your name and phone
Section titled “Your name and phone”First name, Last name and Phone (optional). Press Save; the page says Saved.
Your work email cannot be changed here. It is how you sign in and how your organisation identifies you, so an administrator changes it.
Your photo
Section titled “Your photo”Add a photo, or Change photo once you have one, takes a JPEG, PNG or WebP. RezetHub keeps a small square copy and nothing else from the file, so the location data a phone adds to a photo is not kept.
Remove photo asks first: Your photo will be deleted. People in your organisation will see your initials instead. Confirm with Remove photo, or press Keep my photo to stop.
What the assistant remembers about you
Section titled “What the assistant remembers about you”The section is headed with the assistant’s name, for example What Santi remembers about you. It lists what the assistant has saved about how you work, each entry with when it was saved.
- Forget removes one entry.
- Forget everything asks first and cannot be undone; Keep my memory stops it.
The page also shows what your organisation has told the assistant. Only an administrator can change that, in Settings. For the full explanation, see The assistant’s name and memory.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Notification settings, in the same menu, chooses which notifications also reach you by email and when. See Notifications for the full settings.
Help and contact
Section titled “Help and contact”At the bottom of the page, Help & contact links the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, shows the app version, and says Questions? Ask your organisation’s administrator.
