Reports and certificates

RezetHub turns your record into several kinds of report. Each one is built from the same chain, so they never disagree with each other or with the record:

  • Published reports: a read-only page at a link you choose who to send to.
  • Consignment reports: a frozen report over one batch you received.
  • Recycling certificates: a document for a generator about what became of their material.
  • The Evidence dashboard and Evidence per batch: your own working view of the record.

Every figure on these reports carries how it was arrived at. A missing figure is shown as missing, never as a zero or a guess. The labels you will see are Counted here, Derived, Stated, not measured, Not in the record and Info pending.

Open Reports from the menu. The top of the screen lists your organisation’s reports, each with its publish state.

  1. Under New report, type What this report is called and press Create report. Name it for the audience, not the month: three reports called “Impact” are three reports nobody can tell apart. The name appears on your report list and in the link, never on the page a reader sees.
  2. Press Configure on the report to open Configure a report.
  1. Under Who is this for, pick a starting set: A consumer page, A board summary, An auditor’s view or A customer report. This only ticks a set of fields for you. Everything stays editable afterwards.
  2. Under What it shows, tick the fields you want. The fields are Mass recovered, Diversion rate, Origins, rolled up, Custody model per row, Custody gaps, Calculated process loss, Units produced, Usable area, CO₂e avoided, Person-hours and headcount, and Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Each field is marked:
    • From the chain: evidence from your record.
    • Their claim: a figure somebody else supplied. It is marked that way wherever it appears.
    • Not on this plan: the field exists in the record but your plan does not include it. You can see it, but you cannot tick it.
  3. The Preview lists what the page will carry.
  4. Press Save draft to keep your work without publishing.

Press Publish this version.

  • The first publish fixes the link for good. The link is made from the report’s name. Once published it never changes, even if you rename the report, because someone may already have sent it on. The dialog asks you to confirm with Publish — the link is fixed from now on, or Keep editing.
  • Publishing again writes a new version. Change the fields and press Publish this version again. The dialog tells you which version readers see now, and you confirm with Publish version followed by the new version number. Anyone holding the link sees the new version the next time they open it.

If nothing has changed since the last publish, there is nothing to publish.

The published page needs no sign-in. It shows your organisation’s name, the version and when it was published, and Figures as of the time they were last worked out. Each figure carries its label. The page is read-only.

A consignment report is a processor’s report over one batch it received. It says what the packing sheet stated, what the weighbridge and the runs measured, who the parties are, and what became of the material.

  1. Open the batch and press Open the report.
  2. If no report exists yet, press Issue the report.
  3. The dialog explains that issuing reads what your organisation has recorded on the batch now and freezes those figures. Press Issue the report — figures freeze as they stand, or Not yet.

The report is composed in the background and appears on its own. It shows when it was issued.

The report names three parties separately: the Generator (whose material it was, and who the report is for), the Processor · keeps the record (your organisation) and the Provider (who authored the garment model, where there is one). It lists each run that took material from the batch, with its headcount and Person-hours (recorded headcount × the run clock, pauses left out). A run with no headcount says so. It also names the fields it does not carry, such as country of manufacture, instead of quietly dropping them.

A Recycling certificate tells a generator what became of their material: what was processed, what was diverted from disposal, and the outcome by fate. It is your organisation’s own attestation of its record, not a regulatory certification.

Only an Operations supervisor or Organisation admin can generate or send one. On Reports, under Recycling certificates:

  1. Choose the Generator. The list shows partners in your partner book that are organisations on RezetHub.
  2. Choose Period from and Period to.
  3. Optionally choose who to Send to from the generator’s contacts, or Don’t email it.
  4. Press Generate the Recycling certificate, or Generate and email if you chose a contact.

The certificate is generated in the background and appears in the list. Press Download to get it. To email it again, press Send again, pick the contact and press Send again, or Not yet.

Which material counts. Only finished runs count. Material counts once the run that processed it is sealed, and it appears on the certificate for the period of that seal. Material in a run that is still open goes on the certificate for the period in which that run seals. A batch never appears on two certificates.

Open Dashboards and choose Evidence under Everyone’s. Nothing on it is editable. It covers the last 12 months by default; change the Period to look at another stretch.

It shows:

  • Diverted from disposal, the headline figure.
  • How much material was Received, Processed, is In open runs, now, and is Processed, not yet sent on.
  • Processed that became product, Products made, Person-hours on sealed runs and runs sealed.
  • What the processed material became, by fate.
  • Evidence counts: Evidence items on record, Evidence items incomplete, Evidence items with no data, Recycling certificates asked for and Photographs flagged.
  • CO2e avoided, Water saved and Energy saved.
  • Runs sealed with no headcount, so you can see which runs count zero person-hours.
  • Evidence per batch, one row per batch.

The figures are counted at the edges of the chain, so no kilogram is counted twice. Runs in between contribute only yield and loss.

Press Evidence items on record on the Evidence dashboard to open Data completeness. It has one row per batch that came into custody in the period, with every evidence item your stream profile says that batch must carry at its place in the chain.

  • Choose the period: Month, Quarter, FY to date (when your financial year is set) or Last 12 months. Every period ends today.
  • Narrow it to one Site if you have several.
  • Gaps are listed, not estimated.
  • An item that does not apply at that batch’s place in the chain is marked Does not apply at this place in the chain and links to the batch or run that carries it. These cells are not counted.
  • Press Export CSV to download the table.

Below the certificates, Reports also holds Proof packs, sealed and timestamped bundles of the evidence behind one batch or one period, and the Scope 3 export, a CSV of the Scope 3 Category 5 ledger for the last 12 months.
