Getting started
RezetHub has no sign-up page. Your organisation adds you, and you get in from an email.
Your first visit: the activation link
Section titled “Your first visit: the activation link”When an organisation administrator adds you, RezetHub emails you an activation link.
- Open the link from the invitation email. The page shows Activating your access while it checks the link.
- If the link works, you are signed in and taken into RezetHub.
- If your organisation has not yet accepted RezetHub’s terms of service, you see Accept the terms for your organisation first (see below).
The activation link works once and expires after 48 hours. If it no longer works you see This link no longer works. Ask your organisation’s administrator to send a new one: they can press Resend link next to your name on the People page, and the new link replaces any earlier one.
Accepting the terms
Section titled “Accepting the terms”One administrator of your organisation has to accept RezetHub’s terms of service before anyone there can use RezetHub. Accepting binds the whole organisation, so nobody else is asked again.
- If you are an administrator, you see the version in force, a link to Read the terms of service, and Accept and continue. Not now leaves without accepting; nothing is lost, and you come straight back to this page the next time you sign in.
- If you are not an administrator, you see We cannot serve your organisation yet until an administrator accepts.
After the terms are accepted, an administrator may be offered Turn on the assistants: the Email Assistant and the Phone Assistant. Either can be turned on now or later, under Settings, Integrations. Continue to RezetHub goes on to the home page.
Signing in after that
Section titled “Signing in after that”RezetHub has no passwords. You sign in with a link or a code sent to your work email.
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your Work email.
- Press Email me a sign-in link.
- The page changes to Check your inbox. Then either:
- open the link in the email, or
- type the 6-digit code from the email into Or enter the 6-digit code. It is checked as soon as you type the sixth digit.
The link expires in 15 minutes and works once. Resend becomes available after 60 seconds. Use a different email takes you back to the start.
If you open the link on a different device, you see Finish signing in. Press Sign in to RezetHub to sign in on that device.
If you followed a link to a particular page before signing in, RezetHub takes you back to it afterwards.
The header
Section titled “The header”Every page has the same header:
- The RezetHub logo takes you to your home page.
- A back arrow and the page’s name, on every page except the home page.
- Search & Ask: type a batch or run code to jump to it, or type a question and choose Ask the assistant to send it to the assistant. On the home page this box sits in the page instead of the header.
- The assistant button opens and closes the assistant panel.
- The bell shows your notifications. See Notifications.
- Your name (G’day, followed by your first name) opens your menu.
Your menu holds:
- Profile: your name, phone, photo and what the assistant remembers about you. See Your personal data.
- Notification settings.
- Settings and Your stream profile, for organisation administrators only.
- Read followed by another organisation’s name, if that organisation has given yours read access. See Organisation and staff.
- Sign out.
The home page
Section titled “The home page”The home page is headed What needs you at your organisation. Above the heading you see your organisation and your role. A read-only member sees What your organisation has on the record instead.
From top to bottom it shows:
- Search & Ask, with a few suggested questions for your role, such as Which batches still need weighing? for an operator or Which runs can I seal today? for a supervisor. Press Ask or pick a suggestion, and the answer appears on the page. Press Open it out to continue in the full assistant, or Keep it as a view to save an answer that draws a view. An administrator also sees how many AI credits are left this month.
- Needs you: the things waiting on you, each with its next step (Receive it, Review and seal, Weigh it, Open the run or Review it), and Tasks given to you with a link to Open your tasks. See Tasks.
- Dashboards: small tiles with a headline figure each, and All dashboards.
- Everything at your organisation: one block for each place you can go, each with a one-line description and, where it makes sense, a count.
A read-only member sees On the record instead of Needs you: sealed batches, saved reports and recycling certificates, with Open passports, Open reports and Open certificates.
What blocks you see
Section titled “What blocks you see”The blocks depend on two things:
- What your organisation has been set up for. RezetHub switches parts of the product on per organisation, so an organisation that does not process material has no Capture block, and one without impact reporting has no Reports block.
- Your role. A role can take blocks away, never add them. A page you may not use is simply not shown.
The blocks you may meet are: Batches, Runs, Receipting, Collections, Deliveries, Leads, Capture, Products, Materials and products, Dashboards, Compliance, Media evidence, Reports, Facilities, Contacts and Partners. If your organisation uses its own word for a batch, a run or a consignment, the blocks use it.
If you see Nothing is assigned yet, your organisation has no parts of RezetHub switched on for this account yet. They are switched on for the organisation, not by you.
A brand-new organisation
Section titled “A brand-new organisation”While an organisation has no batch recorded yet, its administrator sees a short guide in place of the usual home page, with three steps in order:
- Add the facilities that weigh or run: Add a facility.
- Add the people who weigh, run and seal: Add a person.
- Receive the first batch: Receive a batch.
You can also tell the assistant any of these in your own words, and it prepares the step for you to approve.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”- The assistant: asking questions in your own words.
- Batches, Runs and Consignments: the day-to-day record.
- Tasks: what is waiting on you and how to hand work to others.
- Notifications: the bell, and choosing what reaches you by email.
- Organisation and staff: roles, adding people, Settings and read access.
- Partners: the companies you send material to and receive it from.
- Your stream profile: the rules your organisation captures under.
- Your personal data: what RezetHub keeps about you and how to remove it.
